No. Between the faulty radios and his placement of the command center in WTC 7, he caused additional deaths of firemen. I never liked him before 9/11, and one tragic day didn’t change my opinion.

Thanks Morse. I wonder if anyone has a positive opinion of him they’d like to share. I’d just be interested to see if anyone retrospectively is glad of him having been mayor that day who did not somehow profit by the tragedy.
