San Diego Union Tribune (h/t Laura Rozen @ W&P):

A U.S. District Court jury has convicted Brent Wilkes on all 13 counts in his corruption trial. The Poway defense contractor had been accused by prosecutors of leveraging more than $600,000 in cash bribes and thousands more in gifts to ousted Rep. Randy Duke Cunningham in exchange for Cunningham’s influence in securing more than $80 million in government contracts.

    How do you get on the “I’m willing to be bribed” list?

    I opened a forum asking for bribes, but no takers thus far.

    I think it helps to publish a menu of what you can do and what it costs.

    Also, it helps to really, and obviously, dumb. You probably saw the post at TPM that reproduced the notes they gave Duke. “I [Duke] …” Holy moly, that guy’s an idiot. Just goes to show you, you don’t need brains to be a good pilot.
